Is Cory to be made a Saint? ,or canonized as a Saint?

(This is only an opinion of mine and some friends)

Former President, Cory Aquino, widow of Ninoy Aquino made plenty of changes for our country. She restored democracy in the Philippines and helped a lot. She lived a long life,though not until August 1, when she died of colon cancer.

News have been heard that many people want her to ba a Saint,,but i am not one of those, or at least me and my mother are not one of them. It is said that a saint had done many things in order to improve her nation,country of the world, same is true for Cory,,but a Saint must have forgiven thier enemies right? Which can't be associated to Cory,because, she did not forgive the Marcos Family. In one interview with Jessica Soho, she was asked if she had already forgiven Marcos, and she answered that: it is not up to her,she gives the decision to God.,obviously,she has not yet forgiven Marcos. And,take note...Marcos' body has not yet been buried,it was her order not to bury Marcos' body in the Philippines because he is a dictator, and he has caused big problems in the country. Therefore,she had not yet forgiven Marcos.

It is not for her to be called as a Saint,she may be called a reformer,a hero,but not a Saint.

It is also alright and there seems to be no problem in adding her photo to the 500 Peso Bill where Ninoy situated.

I hope that she rest in peace and even in heaven,may she be able to forgive Marcos.
